Live now

Each one contains the last. Same guest, same QR, same night — one venue asset.

03The Reality

Nightclubs still run on word of mouth and group chats.

Who gets in — the guestlist — piles up as free-text messages in the front desk’s WhatsApp threads. The headcount is typed out by hand every 30 minutes and shared with everyone. Searching, matching, tallying — all by hand.

04The Problem

Behind “it works, sort of,” this is what leaks.

Inconsistent formats

Everyone writes the guestlist differently. Just decoding it adds work.

Names get garbled

Hard-to-spell and foreign names make misspellings and misreads easy.

Messages miss

A late add-on doesn’t get through and the guest is stuck at the door.

Digging through chats

Scrolling back to find the message — the line backs up and mistakes happen.

Honestly, it does work. But behind the “sort of,” there’s overpayment, missed guests, and incidents.

05Our Stance

Built on omotenashi — Japanese hospitality.

Nightlife is a people business, and automating away the human touch is the wrong trade. ON THE LISTS was designed in Japan — where hospitality is a craft — so it digitizes the busywork while protecting the welcome your guests actually feel.

People-to-people hospitality

Over-automate and the hospitality fades. That’s why the floor still runs by hand.

Improvisation is the norm

So much is decided in the moment. A rigid system just gets in the way.

Human-scale, not Vegas-scale

Mega-clubs got too big and were forced to digitize everything. Most rooms are still a scale where people run the night better.

What ON THE LISTS aims for is digitizing without losing the hospitality. Only the busywork goes digital — the human work stays human.

06What ON THE LISTS Is

Only what you need — so it works from day one.

Radically simple

So simple it needs no lesson. Nothing to memorize.

Ready from day one

Guests and staff, ready from the first night. No training period.

Built from the floor up

Made by people who work nightclubs — for their own floor.

07Why It's Different

Fast in the hand. Shaped to your venue.

Typical SaaS

(built to be configured, not to be used at 2am)

  • Sign-up steps before the guest is even inside
  • Screens built for an office, not for one hand in the dark
  • Fixed fields you cannot change mid-service
  • Ends up not fitting the floor — and unused

ON THE LISTS

(the guest just wants to get in)

  • Just a name and a QR — through in seconds
  • One hand, big targets, nothing buried in a menu
  • Any screen can be changed mid-service
  • Want another field? We add it — set up to your venue

Nothing is locked. Your logo, your colours, your language, and the fields you actually use — set up before night one.

08The Floor Approved It

“This one — we can use it.

The words we got back from the least tech-savvy staffer — the one who runs everything by hand. Adoption isn’t decided by features — it’s decided by whether the floor actually takes to it. ON THE LISTS clears that bar first.

Feature 01Tap to Count

Door count is just a tap on the screen.

Just tap

One tap for the operator — anyone’s up to speed in seconds.

Booking OSThe Limits of How You Sell Now

Bookings and tickets run outside the venue today.

Fees flow out

You keep handing a cut of revenue and the payment fee to an outside ticket site.

Manual, double-managed

Tables come in by chat or phone, the ledger is typed by hand. A breeding ground for double-bookings.

Sales and entry don’t connect

You can’t reconcile who bought at the door. And the data never stays with the venue.

Where you sell (outside the door) and where you let them in (inside the door) stay separate. ON THE LISTS makes them one.

Feature 06Sell Online

Sell right on your own site.

Tables and tickets

List TICKETS / VIP TABLES per event, straight from your own site.

Fees & data stay

You don’t send guests to an outside site — sales and customers stay the venue’s.

Feature 08Pay & Pass

The moment they pay, it becomes a QR pass.

With online card payment, the booking is confirmed on the spot — no waiting for a host to reply. What’s issued is a QR you scan right at the door.

Feature 09Your Money, Your Data

The fees and the data are the venue’s.

Revenue visible before the night

What has sold is a number before the doors open, so promotion and table releases can be decided while they still matter.

Revenue in one place

Units sold, revenue & fees per event, visualized in the dashboard.

Attributed by promoter

Every online sale posts automatically against the promoter who made it.

Fees can be passed on

Pass the payment fee to the buyer to bring the effective cost near zero.

Do I need special hardware?

A phone is all you need. No special equipment.

Do guests need to sign up?

No. Guests just enter a name and get a QR.

Is switching from our current way hard?

It works as an extension of the verbal handoff, so you can switch with no training.

Who owns the data?

The venue. Export to Excel anytime.

Who pays the booking-site payment fee?

Either the venue or the buyer — your choice. Pass it to the buyer and the effective fee can be near zero.

Can we migrate from our current ticket site?

Yes. Switch to selling on your own site and the fees and customer data stay with the venue.

Do online bookings connect to entry?

They do. The QR issued at purchase is the same one scanned at the door — reconciled in one dashboard.

Contract & cancellation?

A 6-month prepaid plan. No mid-term cancellation or refund, but you choose to continue or stop every 6 months.
