The operating system
for nightclubs.

We digitized everything except the hospitality.

Guestlists, door count, VIP tables and ticket sales in one app.

60 seconds

How the night actually runs.

The group chats and shouted names it replaces, the tablet at the door, the pass on the guest’s phone. Real screens, one minute.

Why it works

Built by people who have worked clubs in Vegas, Tokyo and Singapore.

Not by a software company looking in from outside. It’s what we arrived at after working those floors ourselves — built around the guest first, fast in the hand, and set up to match how your venue runs. In Japan that instinct has a name: omotenashi.

People-to-people hospitality

Whether it works isn’t ours to decide — the guest at the door decides it. So we drew the line there: anything a guest can feel stays with your staff, everything behind it is automated.

No two nights run the same

Guest counts move, tables get held and released, names arrive at the door. Nothing is locked — any screen can be changed mid-service, so the floor never stops to wait for the system.

Easy on both sides of the door

Built for one hand in the dark — big targets, few taps, nothing buried in a menu. Guests are through in seconds; staff pick it up on the first night, not in a training week.

How it’s built

Made for our nightclub,
not adapted to it.

We tried the nightclub management software built for the mega-clubs in Vegas, and the reservation systems built for restaurants and lounges. Neither was made for the size and the volume we actually run — so we built one that is.

On the screen, during operation

  • Who’s on the list
  • How many are inside
  • Which tables are sold

and nothing else.

The numbers come after. Arrivals by half-hour, the breakdown by entry type, the draw by promoter — every report one click into Excel.

“This one. This one’s good.

From the least tech-savvy person on the floor — the one who does it all by hand.

Proof

Running in real
rooms.

Not a pilot and not a prototype. All three products run at a demanding Ginza venue — the door every night, and the storefront that sells it. In Singapore, Zouk runs its door count and guestlists on ON THE LISTS.

All three products, inside the operation.

Live · Singapore

2,000+

Tokyo and Singapore — not sitting alongside the operation, but part of it.

A working, live product is the best proof.

ZOUK TOKYO’s booking site runs on ON THE LISTS — events, tables, tickets, payment and QR, live right now. Not a template dressed up: your brand, your domain, a site built for your venue alone.

Getting started

Designed around
your club.

Take one product or all three. Start at the door — the guestlist and the count — then add tables and ticket sales once that is running. One-off nights work the same way, priced per event.

Phone only No special hardware No training
1

Sign up & setup

We learn how your venue runs, then match it — logo, colours and language included.

2

Assign roles

Each promoter, DJ and VIP host gets their own link — and their own limits.

3

Run from day one

No training week. The floor uses it on the first night.

Pricing

Three products. Each one contains the last.

Take the door on its own. VIP tables come with the door. Online booking comes with both. Every seat you sell and every ticket is checked at that door in the end — that is why they stack. Prices are monthly; the setup fee, charged once at the start, is below the table.

FAQ

What venues ask before signing.

Do I need special hardware?
A phone is all you need. No special equipment.
Does it work with poor signal?
All you need is a signal — venue Wi-Fi or mobile data. Door scanning and counting send very little, so they hold up on a weak connection where heavier apps stall.
Do guests need to sign up?
No. Guests just enter a name and get a QR.
Is switching from our current way hard?
It works as an extension of the verbal handoff, so you can switch with no training.
Who owns the data?
The venue. Export to Excel anytime.
Who pays the booking-site payment fee?
Either the venue or the buyer — your choice. Pass it to the buyer and the venue’s effective fee can be near zero.
Can we migrate from our current ticket site?
Yes. Switch to selling on your own site and the fees and customer data stay with the venue. We help with the migration setup.
Do online bookings connect to the night’s entry data?
They do. The QR issued at purchase is the same one scanned at the door. Sales and entry reconcile in the same dashboard.
Contract & cancellation?
Two ways to pay: a 6-month prepaid term, or month to month at +20%. Fees are non-refundable, and a prepaid term can’t be cancelled part-way through. At the end of each term you decide whether to continue. Longer or one-off terms on request.
